• 02 · No account and no app. A booking runs on an address and an hour, and nothing about it needs a login.
• 03 · No card on file. A deposit, where a booking needs one, is a single payment in the thread by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto, and no card number is kept once it has cleared.
• 04 · No night rate. The journey across the city is no longer at four in the morning than at four in the afternoon, and the figure reflects that.
• 05 · No second city. An arrival window is only honest where the roster actually lives. Amsterdam is that place, and the Schiphol airport hotels are handled by arrangement.

Discretion as a set of habits

Discretion is not a line of reassurance at the foot of a page. It is a handful of habits the therapists bring to their visits. She dresses for the building she is walking into, whether that is a hotel after midnight or a residential stairwell on a Sunday morning, and carries one unmarked bag. At a private address she uses the bell you described. It will tell you when a room sounds wrong for the listing you picked, when the name you asked for is not available, and when traffic is pushing an arrival towards the late edge. It will not guess. It will not confirm a name that is not free in the hope that she becomes free. And it will not put a figure on a Schiphol booking before it knows the hotel and the hour.

Why the thread is written, not spoken

Every booking runs as text for three reasons. A written thread can be sent silently from a hotel room with someone asleep next door. It leaves a record of the address, the hour and the total that both sides can scroll back to. And a change of plan can be made in one line at any point, without anyone having to pick up. The conversation ends at the confirmation; once she is on her way, any message about her arrival comes from her.

Standards at the door

Bookings are taken only from people who are twenty-one or over, and every name on this roster is twenty-one or over as well. The booked time belongs to the guest and is counted from the moment she is ready, not from the knock. If anything about the room or the request differs from what was written, she says so at the start of the visit rather than at the end of it.
