What to expect
She lays a waterproof sheet over the bed before anything else. The gel goes into warm water while the room is set. Contact is continuous once it starts, and the glide holds for the length you booked. A shower closes it and the room is left as she found it. Setting up takes around ten minutes, and none of them are deducted from your booking. The gel has no scent, so the room smells of nothing at all. Expect a short pause at the close while she folds the used sheet into its own bag, wet side inwards, before the rest is packed.
Who it suits
Guests who want the least ordinary thing on the list and have a roomy shower a few steps from the bed. Rarely a first booking. Apartments often suit it better than hotel rooms, because the shower tends to be nearer the bed and the floor beside it is rarely carpeted.
