Outcall massage for groups works the same way as any other booking, repeated and interleaved. Every session is still one therapist and one client in a private room. What changes is the arithmetic: how many rooms, how many therapists, how long the whole block takes, and who pays what. Friends sharing a rented house, a birthday weekend, a bachelor party, a family celebration in a large apartment: the logistics below apply to all of them. This guide is deliberately practical. It covers the fixed terms, then the audit, the formulas, the timing, the money and the changes on the day.
00 · The fixed terms
Five conditions apply to every group booking and are not adjusted for any group size.
- Private sessions only. One therapist, one client, one closed door. No sessions in a shared room with other guests present, and no performances of any kind.
- 21 or older. Every person receiving a session.
- Each guest asks for himself or herself. Nobody is booked on behalf of a person who has not personally agreed.
- No photographs or filming of any therapist or any session.
- Reasonable sobriety. A guest who can barely stand gets nothing from a massage and makes a therapist's job difficult. Schedule accordingly.
01 · Headcount: confirmed, not assumed
The single most common planning error is an organiser who counts the whole group. Ask each person individually and privately whether they want a session, how long, and whether they have a preferred format. Only those answers go into the plan. A number like six guests, four sessions is far more useful to dispatch than a group of six, and it spares anyone the awkwardness of opting out in front of friends.
02 · The room audit
Walk through the accommodation and count two things.
Session rooms. A room qualifies if it has a door that closes, a bed or enough floor for a sheet, and a way to keep it warm. Bedrooms usually qualify. Living rooms qualify only if the rest of the group can be somewhere else. Sleeping lofts and bunk rooms rarely qualify.
Bathrooms. Count showers and note which rooms have one en-suite. This matters for mixed formats, below.
The number of session rooms is the maximum number of sessions that can run at the same time. Note it down as R.
03 · The rota formula
Let S be the number of sessions, R the number of session rooms, D the duration of each session in minutes, and C the changeover time between sessions in the same room, typically ten to fifteen minutes.
The number of parallel tracks is the smaller of R and the number of therapists dispatch can send for your window. Call it P. Two therapists together bill EUR 360 an hour, and each additional therapist adds her own EUR 180 an hour.
The number of rounds is S divided by P, rounded up. The total elapsed time is the number of rounds multiplied by D, plus the changeovers between rounds.
Worked examples, each assuming a ten-minute changeover:
- Three sessions, one room, one hour each. One track, three rounds. Three hours of massage plus two changeovers: three hours and twenty minutes.
- Four sessions, two rooms, one hour each. Two tracks, two rounds. Two hours plus one changeover: two hours and ten minutes.
- Six sessions, two rooms, one hour each. Two tracks, three rounds. Three hours plus two changeovers: three hours and twenty minutes.
- Six sessions, three rooms, ninety minutes each. Three tracks, two rounds. Three hours plus one changeover: three hours and ten minutes.
The cost of the massage time does not change with the number of tracks. Four one-hour sessions cost the same whether one therapist does them in sequence or two do them in parallel. Parallel tracks only buy back time.
04 · Changeovers
Ten minutes per changeover is the practical minimum. In that window the therapist removes the used sheet and towels, lays fresh ones, and the next guest arrives ready. For gel and soap formats, allow fifteen, since the bathroom also needs resetting. Guests waiting their turn should be in another room or out of the accommodation, not sitting in the hallway outside a closed door. The next guest can be sent a message by the previous one when the session ends.
05 · Mixed formats
Bed-based oil formats need a bedroom. Four-hand sessions need a bedroom with space for two therapists. Nuru, body-to-body and soapy need a shower, and the shower becomes the bottleneck. A house with four session rooms and one shared bathroom cannot run four wet-format sessions in parallel. Three rules keep mixed formats smooth.
- Put wet formats in rooms with an en-suite shower where possible.
- If the shower is shared, stagger wet-format sessions so no two end within fifteen minutes of each other.
- List the formats per guest in the first message, so dispatch sends therapists who offer each one.
06 · Hotel groups and rental groups
Hotel groups have an advantage: every guest already has a private room with an en-suite bathroom. R equals the number of guests who want a session. The limit becomes how many therapists dispatch can send for the window, which is easier to stretch with notice. Each guest receives his or her therapist directly in their own room, with no movement along corridors.
Rental groups share a house or large apartment. R is usually smaller than the headcount, so the rota matters more. Rentals also carry host terms on visitors and quiet hours, which the organiser should read first. The holiday rental page covers those considerations in detail.
07 · Timing windows
Groups on a trip have predictable free periods. The best windows are the late afternoon and early evening before dinner, and the late morning after a big night. Mid-afternoon on a rest day is also strong. The weakest window is directly after a night out, when sobriety and energy are at their lowest. For groups needing three or more therapists at the same time, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings, send the plan a week or more ahead. Advance notice costs nothing and requires no deposit.
08 · Group totals
Group pricing is multiplication, with no group supplement and no group discount. Each therapist-hour costs EUR 180.
- Three one-hour sessions: EUR 540.
- Four one-hour sessions: EUR 720.
- Six one-hour sessions: EUR 1,080.
- Four ninety-minute sessions: EUR 1,080.
- Four two-hour sessions: EUR 1,440.
A four-hand session for one guest counts as two therapist-hours per hour, so a one-hour four-hand session costs EUR 360. The complete ladder is on the prices page.
09 · Payment models
Settlement always happens at the door when therapists arrive, never in advance. Groups choose one of two models, stated in the thread when the plan is confirmed.
Organiser block. The organiser settles the full total when the first therapists arrive, then collects from the group privately. Simplest at the door, and the right choice when sessions are a gift.
Per session. Each guest settles his or her own session at its start, in cash, by card or by crypto. Better for groups who do not want one person carrying the whole sum, though it means every guest needs the amount ready at the right moment.
Mixing the two, some guests paying individually while the organiser covers others, works if the thread lists exactly who pays what.
10 · Changes on the day
Groups change. The rules are simple.
- A guest drops out before the therapists travel. Message the thread. The rota shortens and nothing is owed for that session.
- A guest wants to join. Ask in the thread. Dispatch can often add a session to the end of a track.
- The group is running late. Say so early. A delay at the start moves every session behind it, so one message at the right moment saves a cascade.
- A session is extended. Possible if the next slot on that track can move, and billed at the normal hourly rate.
11 · Choosing therapists as a group
Each guest may choose a therapist from the profiles, or leave the choice to dispatch. Two guests asking for the same name is common, and it is solved by the rota rather than by argument: both sessions go on her track, one after the other, while the parallel track runs with a different therapist. Guests who have no preference make the plan easier to staff, especially at short notice. For groups larger than about four sessions, give dispatch a list of names in order of preference per guest, and the reply will show who was matched to whom.
12 · The building and the neighbours
Outcall massage for groups adds more movement to a building than a single booking does: several arrivals, several departures, and guests moving between rooms. Keep that movement inside the accommodation. Therapists arrive together where possible, the organiser meets them, and nobody gathers on the stairs or in the lobby. Read the rental's visitor terms and quiet hours before confirming the plan, and fit the rota inside them rather than hoping nobody notices a 01:00 changeover.
