Knowing what to expect from an outcall massage removes most of the nerves that come with booking one. The session itself is the part you have chosen; everything around it is a sequence of small practical steps, and each of them is the same every time. This guide goes through that sequence in the order you will meet it, from the moment you open the booking thread to the moment the door closes behind the therapist, with the timings, the figures and the few decisions that are yours to make.
Before you write: three decisions
You do not need to have everything settled before sending a message, but three decisions make the reply faster.
- The time. Either a clock time or as soon as possible. Both are normal requests at any hour.
- The length. One hour is the shortest booking. Ninety minutes suits formats with a slower opening. Longer sessions and the overnight are available too.
- The therapist. A name from the forty-five profiles, a description such as someone who speaks Spanish, or a note asking the reply for suggestions.
The format can be named in the same message or discussed in the thread. If you are unsure which one suits your room, describe the bed and the bathroom in a sentence and ask.
The first message and the reply
Your opening message goes to one WhatsApp thread. Telegram works as well if you prefer it. The reply comes from a person, in writing. It will contain three things: whether the booking is possible, the name of the therapist who will come, and the time she will arrive. If the woman you asked for is not working, you will be told so plainly and offered alternatives. Nobody is swapped in without your agreement.
The booking only stands once you confirm it. If the time or the therapist does not suit you, say so and the reply will propose other names or times, or you can simply not reply.
The deposit, if one applies
Once you confirm, the thread tells you whether a deposit is needed. For most bookings it is. A 50% deposit confirms any first booking with the house, anything booked more than 24 hours ahead, every overnight, every booking with two therapists, sessions of three hours or longer, airport-hotel visits and bookings on peak dates. The only booking paid entirely at the door is a same-day session of one or two hours from a client the house has looked after before.
The deposit is paid by card, Revolut, Wise or crypto, using details sent inside the confirmed thread. It is not accepted by bank transfer, PayPal or cash. If you cancel, what is kept follows your notice, and one move to a new date within fourteen days is allowed when you ask more than 24 hours before the start. The cancellation policy gives the full rule. When the deposit has landed, the slot is held and the therapist sets off at the right time.
What to expect from an outcall massage while you wait
For an address anywhere central, the therapist arrives forty to sixty minutes after confirmation. The window is quoted as a range because Amsterdam's bridges, one-way streets and tram works make exact minutes impossible to promise. If anything unusual delays her, the thread sends a revised time before the original one passes.
Use the wait for a few simple things:
- Send the exact address, room number or floor, and anything unusual about the entrance, if you have not already.
- Take a shower.
- Warm the room slightly and turn off harsh ceiling lights.
- Clear the bed and the floor space beside it.
- Keep your phone on sound, because she will text as she approaches.
That is all the preparation needed. The therapist brings linen, towels, oils and anything else the format requires, in one bag. The guide to what she brings lists it by format.
The knock
A few minutes before arriving, she texts. In a hotel she goes straight to your room, so you only need to listen for a quiet knock. In an apartment building, open the street door when she writes, or let her in by the buzzer if that is simpler. She dresses in ordinary clothes and carries an ordinary bag, so nothing about her arrival attracts attention in a corridor or on a stairwell.
Expect a short, friendly greeting at the door. Many clients are more nervous at this moment than at any other, and the therapists know it. A simple hello and an invitation to come in is all that is needed from you.
Payment in the first minutes
Money is dealt with at the start, before the session begins, so that neither of you has to think about it afterwards. You hand over the balance, which is the total confirmed in the thread minus any deposit already paid. It can be cash in euros, cash in another major currency at an amount confirmed in writing before she sets out, a card, or crypto named when you booked. The amount is exactly what the thread stated. Nothing is added at the door for the hour of the night, the district or the stairs she climbed. The guide to paying at the door covers currencies, change and card payments in detail.
Setting up the room
After payment, she prepares the bed with her own sheet and sets out what the format needs. For a nuru or body-to-body session that includes a waterproof layer. This takes a few minutes, and it is a good moment to mention anything she should know: an area to avoid, a preference about music or silence, whether you would like to talk or stay quiet. Say it once, in short words. It will be observed without discussion.
The booked time
From there the time is yours, and what happens in it is the format you chose. Keep two practical points in mind. First, you can give feedback at any moment, and asking for something slower, firmer or different is entirely normal. Second, you can stop whenever you wish. Ending a session early is always your decision, and the fee for the booked time stays due when you do.
If you would like to continue beyond the booked time, ask her before it ends. If she has no booking straight afterwards, the extension is added at the same hourly rate for your row and paid before it starts.
When the session ends
At the end she packs her linen, towels and oils and leaves the room as she found it, apart from a slept-in bed. If the format involved a shower, the bathroom is used and left tidy. Nothing stays behind. The goodbye is as brief and as ordinary as the hello, and she leaves the way she came in.
Afterwards, drink some water. If you used oil and plan to go out, shower first. If you are staying in, most clients simply sleep.
Hotel, apartment or houseboat: the small differences
The sequence above is the same everywhere, but each kind of address adds one detail. In a hotel, the room number matters more than anything else, because it tells her where to go once she has followed the hotel's rules for visitors; if the lifts need a key card, meet her in the lobby instead. In a rented apartment, the street door is the usual obstacle: an entry code, a bell with several names, or a stairwell light on a timer. Send those details as soon as the booking is confirmed. On a houseboat, give the name of the quay, the colour of the hull and whether the gangway is on the street side or the water side. In every case, a home you actually live in is treated exactly like a hotel room, and the home massage page covers the residential side in more detail.
If something does not go to plan
Occasionally an evening changes. If you need to delay the start by a short time, write in the thread as early as you can; if the therapist's schedule allows it, the time is adjusted. If you need to cancel, the notice scale decides how much of the deposit is kept, and a booking accepted without a deposit owes nothing unless she has already set out. If she has not arrived at the end of the window and you have had no message, check your phone for a missed text first, then write in the thread. And if at any point during the visit you feel unsure about something, say so directly. Plain words solve almost every problem in a few seconds.
What not to expect
A few things that people sometimes worry about do not happen:
- No extra charges appear at the door or at the end.
- No one tries to sell you a longer session once she has arrived.
- No follow-up calls or promotional messages arrive after the booking.
- No one other than the booked therapist comes to the door.
- No one asks for your surname or your passport number in the thread.
The figures, for reference
Expect the price to follow the clock and the headcount, nothing else. For a single client with one therapist, ninety minutes cost one and a half hours, two hours cost two and three hours cost three, while the eight-hour overnight is a block of its own. A couple sharing one therapist pays double the hour; a single client with two therapists also pays double; a couple with two therapists pays four times it. Every therapist profile shows the full table in euros. There is no travel charge for any address inside the ring.
