A confirmation is a specific thing. It names a therapist, a start time and a length, and from that moment she has set that block aside for you. That is why a move is handled by a written rule rather than by goodwill, and why the rule is short.
The rule in one paragraph
Each booking can be moved once. The request has to reach the WhatsApp thread more than 24 hours before the booked start, and the new date has to fall within 14 days. The deposit already paid carries over to the new date, one time only. A second move, or any move asked for inside the final 24 hours, is measured on the notice scale, the way a cancellation sent at that moment would be. The cancellation policy holds the complete wording.
What a valid move looks like
Send one message with the new details in full rather than a correction to the old ones. "Move Friday 22:00 to Tuesday 21:00, still two hours, same address" reads cleanly at a glance. A message that says only "next week instead" leaves the new date open, and an open date is the one thing a move cannot be.
The reply confirms the new slot and states that the deposit has been carried across. If the therapist you chose is not free on the new date, it says so and names who is, and you choose before anything is altered.
Where the 24 hours are counted from
Count backwards from the booked start, not from the moment you booked. A booking for Saturday at 23:00 can be moved by a message sent before Friday at 23:00. A message at 23:30 on Friday lands inside the window, and the notice scale applies to it, whatever the reason behind it.
The same applies to a change of hour on the day itself. Pushing a 22:00 start back to 23:00 on the evening of the booking is a move inside the final 24 hours. So the useful habit is to decide early: if a flight looks doubtful or a dinner may run long, raise it while more than a day remains.
Why only once
A move asks for the confirming work a second time: a therapist, an address and an hour agreed again, and the original block reopened at short range. A booking that keeps moving holds a diary in suspense without ever arriving. One move covers the honest case, a trip that has shifted by a few days. Past that point a change is weighed on the notice scale like a cancellation.
Changes that leave the date alone
- A longer session. Extending mid-session runs on the ordinary hourly figure when her diary allows. For one guest with one therapist, each added half hour costs half an hourly fee, so an hour stretched to ninety minutes adds half and three hours stretched to four add a whole one.
- A second therapist. Adding one before she sets out turns a single-client booking into four hands at double the hourly fee, and a two-therapist booking always carries the deposit.
- A corrected address. Re-send it whole: street, number, suffix, floor and the name on the bell, exactly as if it were new. A partial correction sent to someone already navigating is how people end up on the right street outside the wrong door.

Two things that cannot move
The city. Amsterdam inside the ring is the service area, so a hotel near Dam Square changing to a flat by Vondelpark is a routine address update. An address outside the city is not a change of address; it is a booking that does not exist.
And Schiphol in either direction. Airport hotels are by arrangement, with the journey time agreed before anything is fixed, so turning a city booking into an airport one, or the reverse, is arranged as an airport booking of its own rather than processed as a move.
The one habit worth having
Look at the booking again two days before it. If anything about the date is uncertain at that point, the move is still free and the deposit can still travel with it in full. Twenty hours out, the notice scale applies instead. The FAQ covers the rest of the small print.
