Arranging a visit: the order of events
Arranging a visit covers the steps between your first message and the knock: the hour agreed, any deposit paid, the booking confirmed, and then her journey.
Between the message you write and the knock at your door sits a short sequence. The house takes the message, agrees the hour with you and arranges the visit. The therapist decides whether the booking is one she takes. Nothing else goes on in the background.
The order of events
- You write the address, the length and the hour in the booking thread.
- The reply names who is free for that hour and states the fee in euro.
- If a deposit applies, the exact sum and how to pay it are set out in writing in that same thread.
- The deposit is paid by card, or by Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency if you prefer.
- The booking is confirmed, and she sets out.
Steps three and four drop out in one case only: a returning client booking one or two hours for later the same day. Every other booking passes through them, and the deposit entry lists the seven classes.
Why confirmation comes before the journey
A confirmed booking is an hour she has set aside for you. That is why most bookings are secured with half the fee before she leaves, and why the forty to sixty minutes are counted from the confirmation rather than from your first message. While a question in the reply is still waiting for your answer, nobody has set out.
So answer the reply promptly, and pay as soon as the details arrive if a deposit applies. Every minute spent before confirmation is a minute added before the knock.
Once she is on her way
Keep the phone you booked with close at hand. She may text from the pavement for a gate code or a floor. If the address has to change, write the whole address again in the thread rather than a fragment of it; a therapist crossing to the wrong district loses time that nobody can hand back.
Changing your mind
Cancelling after she has set out is still a cancellation, measured on the notice scale. At that point the whole deposit counts as fee already earned, unless someone else books the hour, in which case it comes back. If you can show the house lost less than it kept, it keeps less. The cancellation policy gives the full scale, and arrival window explains how the minutes are counted.
