Deposit: when half is paid first
The deposit is half the fee, set out in writing once the hour is agreed and paid before she sets out; a cancellation keeps only the part already earned.
Half the fee. The exact sum is written into the booking thread once the hour is agreed, and it is paid before the therapist sets out.
Seven classes
Any one of these puts a deposit on a booking:
- It is made more than 24 hours before the start.
- It is an overnight.
- It is for two therapists.
- It is at Schiphol or an airport hotel, which is by arrangement, with the journey time agreed before anything is fixed.
- It lands on a peak date, meaning Pride, New Year, ADE, Christmas, King's Day or one of the big conference weeks.
- It runs three hours or longer.
- It is your first booking with the house.
The exception
One booking falls outside all seven. A returning client, a massage of one or two hours, for the same day. That one is paid in full at the door.
Five sums
- First booking, one hour: half of one base hour.
- Two hours, reserved more than a day out: exactly one base hour.
- One client, two therapists, two hours: two base hours.
- A couple, a therapist each, two hours: four base hours.
- Overnight: half of the night's block price.
Paying it
Card is the plain route. Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are accepted as well, for a client who prefers them. Cash does not serve as a deposit; cash settles the balance at the door. Payment details appear in the booking thread once the hour is agreed, and nowhere else. A request for money through any other channel, or before the hour was agreed, did not come from the house.
If you cancel
What is kept depends on the notice you give, and it is fee already earned rather than a charge. With more than 24 hours to go, nothing is kept and the deposit comes back. Inside 24 hours, before she leaves, half of it is kept. Once she is on her way, all of it is kept. If another client takes the hour, the deposit is returned in full, and if you can show the house lost less than it kept, it keeps less. If the house cannot carry out the booking, you choose between having the deposit repaid and leaving it for a new date.
A deposit can also follow the booking to a new date once, at no cost, if the move is asked for more than 24 hours before the start and lands within 14 days. The cancellation and refunds entry has a worked case, and the cancellation policy holds the complete position.
