Arrival window for an outcall
The arrival window is forty to sixty minutes from a confirmed booking to the doorbell in central Amsterdam; Schiphol and airport hotels run on an agreed hour.
Forty to sixty minutes. That band is the whole commitment for any central address, and it does not change from one district to another.
Where the count starts
Not at your first message. The count starts when the booking is confirmed: as soon as the hour is agreed on a booking with no deposit, and once the payment has gone through on a booking with one.
A worked case. The hour is agreed at 21:40. The deposit is paid at 21:45 and the booking is confirmed. She rings between 22:25 and 22:45.
Why a band rather than a minute
She travels through a city of trams, lifting bridges and one-way canal streets. A bridge opens for a barge. A tram blocks a junction. A driver takes the long side of a canal. A twenty-minute band absorbs all of that without a stream of update messages.
Why the centre is not quicker
Being close to Dam Square does not shorten the window, and being out in Noord or Zuidas does not lengthen it. Therapists are spread across the city rather than waiting in one spot, so one band is the figure that holds every night.
Bookings that do not use it
Schiphol and the airport hotels are by arrangement, with the journey time agreed before anything is fixed and a start time written into the thread. A booking for a later hour today, or for another day, runs to the hour you agreed rather than to the window.
If the hour passes
Look at the thread first. She may already be at a door that nobody has answered. If nothing has come through, write in the thread; the note on a therapist not arrived yet covers the steps.
Use the minutes. Warm the room, clear a surface, have the balance ready, and check the floor and bell name you gave. The note on what the room needs has the short list, and arranging a visit sets out the steps before the count begins.

Two lines are enough: where you are, and when you would like someone there. We answer with a name, an arrival window and a total. If the hour is awkward we say so rather than guess.
