WhatsApp booking: the message to send
WhatsApp booking is how the house takes reservations: one thread holds the request, the confirmation, any deposit details and every later change.
The booking line runs on WhatsApp, and Telegram works as well. One thread does the job of a form, a receipt and a phone call combined.
The opening message
Put everything in a single message. A complete first message leaves the reply nothing to ask.
- Address: street, number, floor, the name on the bell.
- Date and start time, or simply now.
- Length, taken from the ladder.
- One therapist or two, with a name if you have chosen from the roster.
- The technique, if you have one in mind.
- Whether you have booked with the house before.
The reply
The reply comes in the same thread: who is free, the fee, and the deposit if one applies. The exact amount is stated in writing. Payment details follow in that thread, and only once the hour has been agreed.
The thread as record
Everything agreed lives in that conversation. The hour. The price. The sum paid ahead. If anybody asks for money from a different number, a different account, or before the hour was agreed, it is not the house, and it should not be paid.
Changes go into the same thread. A later start, a different floor, an extra hour: write it there, and wait for the change to be confirmed in the thread.
Keeping it private
WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted. If you share a phone or leave previews on a lock screen, archive the chat afterwards; the note on booking privacy on your phone has more. A Dutch number is not needed, as booking without a Dutch SIM explains.
The booking page walks through each step in order.

Send an address
and an hour.
Two lines are enough: where you are, and when you would like someone there. We answer with a name, an arrival window and a total. If the hour is awkward we say so rather than guess.
