Plans fall apart. A flight lands three hours late, a dinner becomes a long night, you feel unwell, or you simply change your mind. Cancelling an outcall massage on this site costs nothing, at any stage before the therapist arrives, because nothing is ever paid before she arrives. There is no deposit to forfeit and no card on file to charge.
What does vary with timing is the effect on somebody else's evening. That is the part worth understanding.
Why there is no fee
Money changes hands once, at the door, at the start of the visit. A booking called off beforehand has therefore taken nothing from you, and there is no mechanism for a charge to be applied afterwards. The post on deposit requests explains why a service that takes money in advance should give you pause in the first place.
What a confirmation sets in motion
Once a booking is confirmed, a named therapist holds that block. She stops accepting other work for it. If the booking is two hours from 22:00, the 22:00 to 00:00 slot in her night is now yours.
Cancel early and that slot goes back on offer while other clients can still book it. Cancel late and it often stays empty. Nothing is charged either way. The courtesy lies in giving the time back while it is still useful.
Cancelling an outcall massage: the timing, window by window
Before the confirmation arrives. A line saying "please ignore, plans changed" is enough. Nobody has been assigned yet.
Confirmed, more than an hour out. The ideal moment if you already know. The block returns to the roster with plenty of evening left for someone else.
Confirmed, less than an hour out. Still fine, still free. Send it the moment you know rather than waiting to be sure, because a probable cancellation sent now is more useful than a certain one sent in forty minutes.
Inside the arrival window. She is already travelling. Cancelling now is still free, but it is the cancellation that costs a therapist the most: a journey across the city and a slot nobody else can fill at that notice. Send it immediately, without delay for a better phrasing.
What to write
One message, complete on its own. Include the time of the booking so it can be matched instantly, especially on a busy night.
- "Cancel the 23:00 booking tonight, sorry, flight delayed."
- "Please cancel tomorrow's 20:30. Will rebook another day."
No reason is required. A reason is sometimes helpful, for instance when the same booking might be wanted on another night, but it is never a condition.
Move rather than cancel
Many cancellations are really postponements. If what has changed is the hour rather than the whole evening, say so. Moving a confirmed booking often keeps the same therapist at a different time, which is better for everyone. Moving a booking after it is confirmed sets out how much flexibility remains at each stage.
Equally, if your plans are uncertain from the start, there is no need to book early and then cancel. Same-day booking is the normal case here, as the same-day post explains. Waiting until you are sure, then booking for forty minutes later, is a perfectly good strategy.
Long blocks and overnights
The rule does not change for a three-hour booking or the eight-hour overnight at EUR 1,250: cancelling is free. The only difference is scale. A long block removes a larger piece of one therapist's night, so it takes longer to fill again, and notice given in the afternoon is worth far more than notice given at 21:30.
Feeling unwell
Cancel. It is the right call for you and for the therapist, it costs nothing, and nobody expects you to push through a booking while ill. Send the message as soon as you know, and rebook when you are better.
Groups and pairs
A booking with two therapists, or a group booking with several, can be cancelled whole or in part. If one of four people drops out, say which slot to release and keep the rest. The group booking guide explains how rotas and changeovers work, which is what a partial cancellation adjusts.
When the therapist has to cancel
It is rare, and it runs through the same thread. If a confirmed therapist cannot make the booking, the message says so and offers either another name for the same time or a new time with the same name. You choose between them, or cancel, and none of those options costs you anything, since nothing has been paid.
Cancelling and rebooking the same name
A cancellation does not count against you. If you want the same therapist on another night, ask for her by name when you rebook. Whether she is free that night depends only on her diary, not on the earlier booking.
The whole rule fits in a sentence. It is free, it is one message, and sooner is kinder than later. For the handful of edge cases beyond that, the FAQ has the short answers.
